What we process
The information you enter in the form, the CV you upload, and the time you gave your consent.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use the information only to assess your application and to contact you about work.
The legal basis is your consent under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7, which applies as Norwegian law through the Personal Data Act (personopplysningsloven).
Consent is voluntary, and you can withdraw it
You decide whether to apply. Without consent we cannot accept the application.
You can withdraw your consent at any time through the contact form, https://ledodrive.no/kontakt/ and we will then delete your application and CV. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before you withdrew.
Who sees the information
Only the people at Ledo Drive AS who work on recruitment. The application is sent to the company's email and stored on the website's server. We do not sell it or pass it to others for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
The application and CV are deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them.
If you want your data deleted from our server and database sooner, ask us through the contact form: https://ledodrive.no/kontakt/ We will then delete it at once and unconditionally.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability (GDPR Articles 15–20). Write to [email protected].
You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.no.
