What we collect

Name, e-mail address and telephone number, so we can confirm the journey and reach you.

The journey itself: route, pick-up time, any return, passengers and luggage, vehicle class and price.

Your flight number, when you give one, so we can track the flight.

Whatever you write in the notes field.

If you have an account: name, e-mail address and a password stored encrypted.

What we do not want

We do not ask for health or disability information and we do not want it in the notes field. Write only what we need to drive you safely.

Why we process it

To carry out the transport you booked and to contact you about it. The basis is our contract with you.

To meet bookkeeping obligations. The basis is a legal obligation.

To protect the booking form from abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in a form that works for people.

How long

Booking data with name, contact details and notes: 12 months after the journey. After that it is removed automatically and only the journey remains, with nobody attached to it.

Flight number: 30 days after the journey.

Accounting documents such as invoices and receipts: 5 years, as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.

Messages in the help chat, with your name and e-mail if you gave them: 90 days after the last message. The chat runs on our own server only and sets no cookie until you open it.

Who sees it

The managing director and the person who takes bookings and plans the cars.

A driver sees only their own journey.

We do not sell personal data and we do not profile anyone.

Services we use

The website runs on a server in Europe.

Mail about your booking is sent through an e-mail service.

The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person.

Payment on the website is being built. Once a provider is chosen this page is updated before it goes live.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.

You may ask us to restrict the processing, object to it, and ask for your data in a common file format.
